Metis Awareness Month

We are very excited to share with you the offerings for the 2021 Metis Awareness Month in SD8 Kootenay Lake! We are incredibly grateful to the local West Kootenay Metis Association who has helped us put together an amazing line up of knowledge keepers for us this month (and beyond!). Please find the below offerings and join in on as many of them as you are able. These offerings are open to everyone (some specify certain grade ranges) and can be shared with community and families. More events/dates may be added to this list. Stay tuned!

Video from the West Kootenay Metis Association
